[MS4W-Users] Windows stress testing vs Linux @foss4g

A very interesting presentation just took place minutes ago at FOSS4G 
Bonn regarding load testing on MapServer, by Ireland's federal online 
Pavement Management System.  They crunched numbers for MapServer 
response times for Windows and Linux, and Windows outperforms Linux in 
most scenarios.  I've attached a graph that was presented, or you can

This shows the importance of MS4W for governments and users all over the 
world.
