Hello Varun,

I have setup a virtual machine (on Amazon) running your exact specs
(Server 2012, x64, with MS4W 3.1.4), and I also added another virtual
volume (E:/ drive) to mimic your situation. I followed all of the steps
exactly to enable MapCache through the README
(http://ms4w.com/README_INSTALL.html#g-mapcache-apache-module). I have
no problems generating the cache on an "E" drive.

If your team needs professional support please contact me directly and
we can setup a support contract, as I am sure those 7 projects are very
important for your organization - and also you would be helping sustain
the solution (MS4W) that you are relying on. Thank you for your support.

-jeff
