[MS4W-Users] version 3.1.3 available

Hello everyone,

MS4W version 3.1.3 is now available at http://www.ms4w.com  Notable 
changes are:

     - upgraded MapServer and MapScript to 7.0.1 (trac ticket 47)
     - upgraded OpenSSL support to 1.0.2g (trac ticket 46)
     - upgraded CURL support to 7.47.1
     - added sample MapServer fonts and symbolset into /apps/etc/ (trac
ticket 49)
     - upgraded to MapCache 1.4.1 (trac ticket 39)

Apache users will be interested in this release, as it includes this 
week's critical security release of the OpenSSL library (see tickets 
referenced above).
