[MS4W-Users] Intalling MS4W 3.1.4

While attempting to install MS4W 3.1.4 on a x64 Windows 2012 Server I receive the error...
"Download of http://www.ms4w.com/release/archive/zip/ms4w_3.1.4.zip failed: connecting to host"

I've tried disabling anti-virus with the same result.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
