[MS4W-Users] Intalling MS4W 3.1.4

I was able to download ms4w_3.1.4.zip from the zip archive, is there a set-up in there that I can run?

One thing to verify, is that you are able to download other files from other hosts, through http (meaning: in the browser try to download a file from another website).
