[MS4W-Users] Intalling MS4W 3.1.4

Please take a long breath, and read the MS4W documentation, before 
sending your next message.  For example, for each tool that you are 
trying there is a "README.txt" in its folder, explaining the many 
questions that you have (and will have).

Start by reading the "README_MSUTILS.txt" inside the /tools/mapserv/ folder.

Then open a command prompt window.

Then in the same window, CD into /ms4w (as you of course following 
installation instructions and installed MS4W at your C:/ or D:/ root)

Then in the same window, execute: setenv.bat

Then in the same window, execute: shp2img
