[MS4W-Users] Intalling MS4W 3.1.4

Hi,

May I guess that you are trying to start shp2img.exe by double clicking it from file manager? You are supposed to open the Windows command window, change directory to \ms4w, give command "setenv" and then, from the same window run "shp2img".

I imagine you are trying to use a commandline tool that is included in
MS4W: you must always first execute /ms4w/setenv.bat in your command window before using the tools.
