[MS4W-Users] Mapbender package: performance issue

Some of you might have noticed a very slow initial load with the 
Mapbender demos for MS4W.  In fact this was supposed to be fixed in the 
February release of Mapbender (it's only a Windows issue).  I've let the 
Mapbender team know.  You can follow along with this issue here if you

(it sounds like they do some fancy dynamic creation of CSS the first 
time you use the demo, which works well on Linux; not so much on Windows)
