[MS4W-Users] Spatiallite support

Hi Mark,

Besides verifying through a command of 'ogrinfo --formats', MS4W also 
includes a working mapfile that connects to a spatialite database: if 
you haven't already done so, download[1] the custom OpenLayers package 
for MS4W, and then use the shp2img command on the mapfile inside 
/ms4w/apps/openlayers/examples/map/
