[MS4W-Users] Spatiallite support

Hi Mark,

MS4W includes the sqlite3.exe utility, which you can use to view the 
contents of the database (after you execute setenv.bat), try "sqlite3 
select_6481489087910.db"  (and once connected, view its tables with a 
".tables" command).

Note that I have noticed that not all Spatialite databases can be loaded 
by GDAL.  Definitely give a thorough read to the GDAL driver page: 
http://gdal.org/drv_sqlite.html
