Hi Allan,

Can you share your NOAA/US1G09M mapfile layer, that fails?

(unfortunately the Canadian government sells chart data such as the 
"CA276241 Bay of Fundy" chart that you referenced, to its own taxpaying 
citizens, awful.  We are so behind the times in Canada for Open.  Very sad)
