[MS4W-Users] GeoMOOSE and OpenLayers packages updated

Hi everyone,

The GeoMOOSE package available through the installer now contains 
yesterday's GeoMOOSE 3.2.0 release, and the OpenLayers package for MS4W 
has also been updated to OpenLayers 4.6.5

And another reminder that you and your organization should be supporting 
MS4W development through funding wherever possible; please contact me 
directly.
