[MS4W-Users] MapCache Seed Error in 3.2.7

Hello everyone. I just downloaded and installed 3.2.7 and I'm having an issue with MapCache seeding. When I try to run the seeder I receive the following error:

Mapcache_seed.exe - Ordinal Not Found
The ordinal 4445 could not be located in the dynamic link library D:\ms4w\Apache\cgi-bin\libcurl.dll

I've not had this error before. We were on 3.2.5 before with no issue. Mapcache itself works fine, it's just the seeding that isn't working.

Can anyone point me where to go to resolve this?
