[MS4W-Users] MapCache Seed Error in 3.2.7

Hello Kenneth,

It sounds like you are in typical "dll hell", where since you were using 
version 3.2.5, you have likely installed another piece of software and 
it is conflicting with MS4W version 3.2.7

In your specific case, Ordinal 4445 is found in the file libeay32.dll 
inside the cgi-bin folder, however on your machine another version of 
that file exists somewhere else.  Please try to rename all of the other 
instances of that 'libeay32.dll' file on your machine, then close your 
command prompt window, open a new window, setenv.bat again, and re-try.
