Hi John,

As you know, MS4W can leverage many front-ends for a "gui" interface, 
and p.mapper is only one of them.  So you will likely find more p.mapper 
users directly on their p.mapper-users mailing list, to help you with 
your p.mapper questions (subscribe at 
https://sourceforge.net/projects/pmapper/lists/pmapper-users).

For the record, installing a fresh MS4W 3.3.1 and then extracting 
p.mapper 4.4.0 from the list of packages available at 
https://ms4w.com/download.html I do not see a "tools" dropdown, but 
there is a "print" link in the top right panel, that seems to work fine 
for me.
