[MS4W-Users] Error with mapcache_seed.exe command

Hi Jeff, thank you so much for your help, sorry for my late response.

I  have several applications installed that use Curl (PostgreSQL, QGIS) and
proprietary software. Renaming and changing the environment variables
pointing to the MS4W curl library breaks something on the server.

The temporary solution was to compile Mapcache through Appveyor from which
I manage to execute the command of mapcache_seed.exe.
