[MS4W-Users] Standalone MapServer

Hello.



I have set up MapServer using ms4w.



We want to run MapServer on a closed network, having no internet access,
but the configuration set up by ms4w includes the *OpenLayers-ms60.js*
dependency (loaded from mapserver.org), and I have not been able to figure
out how to remove that dependency (e.g. replace the *openlayers* template?
but with what?)
