Define the variable: MS_OPENLAYERS_JS_URL

as described in https://mapserver.org/cgi/openlayers.html#customizing-settings (https://mapserver.org/cgi/openlayers.html#customizing-settings)

For example I use this in my mapfile: CONFIG "MS_OPENLAYERS_JS_URL" "http://localhost/LocalOpenLayers/OpenLayers-ms60.js"

This is on MAP level in the mapfile.

Download all relevant files to your document root for apache: ie. OpenLayers-ms60.js and some of the thumbnails and styles defined in OpenLayers-ms60.js
