[MS4W-Users] PHP Mapscript Swig

Hi Jeff,

I spoke to a customer of ours (City of Mannheim) and asked whether funds 
could be made available for further development.
I need to write an offer to fix the problem with 
msIO_getStdoutBufferBytes() in the new ms4w version.
Can you tell me if we can solve the problem with about 2.000 EUR as 
support for your work (we need a bill then)?
I would also like to know if we could get this new version within the 
next 1-2 months?
