[MS4W-Users] Error with mapcache_seed.exe command

Running the mapcache_seed.exe command gives me an error that I couldn't
fix. It generates the following error:

*"The ordinal 406 could not be located in the dynamic link library
C:\ms4w\Apache\cgi-bi\libcurl.dll"*

I have verified that the libraries are MS4W and not other folders.

My platform data is:

Windows server 2012 R2 Standard x64
MS4W v4.0.0

I appreciate any help that allows me to fix it.
