[MS4W-Users] Error with mapcache_seed.exe command

Hello,

This is documented in your local MS4W readme in the FAQ (or online at 
https://ms4w.com/README_INSTALL.html#troubleshooting).  You have 
multiple copies of that libcurl.dll on that server (most likely from 
Postgres or QGIS etc.).  Rename those other dlls, and then retry.
