[MS4W-Users] Packages updated

Hi all!

The following MS4W packages have been updated in the setup.exe installer 
(and available for download separately on https://ms4w.com/download.html) :

	- GeoMoose 3.4.0
	- Mapbender 3.0.8.4
	- OpenLayers 6.1.1 (includes a working MS4W WMS example page, in the 
OpenLayers examples)
