[MS4W-Users] WMS Wrapper issue persists in 4.0.1

Hi,

 

It appears the WMS Wrapper issue still persists in 4.0.1, where the SWIG
php-mapscript function msIO_getStdoutBufferBytes() returns no result.

In the notes, it indicates that the solution was likely to be included in
the new version, but in my testing, it looks like the issue is still there -
was really hoping this would be addressed.
