[MS4W-Users] SSL Stapling Errors? (MS4W 4.0.3)

Have any of you seen any SSL Stapling Errors? If so, how did you
resolve them?

We're seeing some issues where the cache expires but the lookup to
revalidate a certificate errors out while attempting to look up the address
to revalidate a certificate.
