[MS4W-Users] New MS4W Interface Options

Hi Aaron,

I was hoping for others to answer you here, because I try to help many 
software communities through MS4W releases and not focus on only one; 
but I can tell you that MS4W + GeoMoose is heavily used in North America 
by local municipalities & at the federal level, and MS4W + Mapbender is 
heavily used across Europe by municipalities.   Others can help you here 
as to why they choose one over the other.

I have considered working on creating an upgraded pMapper that supports 
PHP7, but that would take significant effort by me (and some help to 
fund my efforts).

So I hope this info helps you.
