[MS4W-Users] GeoMoose 3.6.1 package available

Hi all,

The recent big GeoMoose 3.6.0 (which became 3.6.1) release is now 
available for MS4W users (either by downloading the zip manually from 
https://ms4w.com/download.html or through the installer )
