The MS4W installer has been updated to include today's Mapbender release 
(see release notes below, which is dated last week, but was announced 
today officially).  Or you can install this as a separate Mapbender 
package from https://ms4w.com/download.html


As usual, you can try this live on the official MS4W demo server at: 
https://ms4w.dev/mapbender/app.php/
