[MS4W-Users] Issue getting projections set up for MS4W 5

Hello,

I am having trouble setting up projections on the new MS4W package.  It is my understanding that the way projections are now used is different than it has been in the past.  I was advised to make sure that I download the grids using proj-install-grids.bat which downloaded a few hundred files.  After restarting apache I am getting an error on the local test map that states:  msProcessProjection(): Projection library error. proj error "Unknown error (code 4096)" for "init=epsg:4326"

Could I be missing something to get projections up and running?  I should note that at this time I am only trying to get the prepackaged demo up and running.
