[MS4W-Users] Mapbender 3.2.4 package available (and installer changes)

The recent Mapbender 3.2.4 release is now also available as an MS4W 
package, as well as included in the .exe installer at 
https://ms4w.com/download.html

Important note: a long-time issue has been fixed, for the case when 
using the MS4W installer and choosing a path with spaces, and if you had 
selected Mapbender to install, the entire Apache would fail and not 
start, due to a specific Apache directive not able to accept paths with 
spaces. Now the MS4W installer will always use Windows short names for 
all paths (such as C:\PROGRA~1) to avoid any issues.  The change has 
been made for all MS4W packages.
