[MS4W-Users] Apache Installation problem

Hi Kinzang,

It sounds like there is a problem with your PATH environment variable on 
that machine.  Alternatively, you can run the command in that same 
Command Prompt window, using the full path instead :

   C:\Windows\System32\net.exe start "Apache MS4W Web Server"
