[MS4W-Users] Apache Installation problem

I am still not able to install the Apache.

Error statement:Service is successfully installed.
Testing httpd.conf....
Errors reported here must be corrected before the service can be started.
httpd: syntax error on line 621 of C:/ms4w/Apache/conf/httpd.conf: Can not
load /ms4w/python/python39.dll into server:
The specified module could not be found.
'net' is not recognized as internal or external command, operable  program
or batch file.

What could be the problem?

It was many years back I handled the server and at present I am not able to
install the server.
