[MS4W-Users] When can we expect the release of ms4w 5.0

Dear Jeff,

I don't want to annoy you, but I would still like to know when the release of MS4W 5.0 can be expected. PHP 7.4 is EOL in a few days and it would be nice to know that I can upgrade my production environment soon.

The final MapServer 8.0.0 release will likely happen tomorrow or on the 
weekend, and that will give the green light for me to put the final 
touches on the big MS4W 5.0 release.  I agree that this next MS4W
