[MS4W-Users] Should I give up on ms4w?

Hello!
I have been waiting for quite some time on ms4w 5.0. I am aware of
the beta, but this is now nearly two years old. Should I keep on waiting or
should I look for alternative methods to upgrade/install mapserver?
