[MS4W-Users] http/2 support

Hi Chris,

Your timing is very good as the final updates are being made on MS4W 
5.0, and I'm in fact updating Apache now.  I will include the HTTP/2 
module in the release (you can follow along and provide testing feedback 
for the module at https://ms4w.com/trac/ticket/395 ).  You'll notice 
much activity on the tracker there, as I've been going through all 
libraries and making critical security updates.

Thanks for this timing, I think this will be a nice addition.
