[MS4W-Users] add reference to xyz tileservice in mapfile

Hi everyone, I need to add the tileservice
https://tile.openstreetmap.org/{z}/{x}/{y}.png
<https://tile.openstreetmap.org/%7bz%7d/%7bx%7d/%7by%7d.png>  as layer into
my mapfile.

I tried to see the examples, but I couldn't. Can anyone tell me how to do
it?
